Welcome to Boo. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services at Boo Casino, including our website, our platform, and the Boo app where available. By registering an account with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, we ask that you refrain from using our services.

We operate under a licence issued by the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA/B2C/445/2017), granted on 16 January 2019. We are part of a group that includes sister brands such as bCasino, Galactic Wins, and Mr Fortune, though each brand operates under its own separate terms and player accounts.

Eligibility and Account Registration

To use Boo Casino, you must be at least 18 years old, or 21 years old if you are located in Estonia. When you register with us, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. We do not accept registrations from residents of the United States, Israel, the United Kingdom, Jersey, Guernsey, or the Isle of Man. If you attempt to circumvent this restriction, including through the use of a VPN, proxy, or any IP-masking service, we reserve the right to void all balances and close your account immediately.

Currency Selection

Progressive jackpot payouts are exempt from these limits but may take up to 14 additional days to process.

Our target processing time is 3 working days. We verify your identity once your cumulative withdrawals reach €2,000, and any requested documents must be submitted within 7 days or we may terminate your account and void your balance. A 15% fee (minimum €10) applies if you withdraw funds that have not been wagered at least three times.

If you request a withdrawal while a bonus is still subject to wagering requirements, we will deduct the bonus balance and any related winnings from your withdrawal amount.

Bonuses and Promotions

Wagering requirements typically apply at 40x the bonus plus deposit amount, and 25x on free spin winnings, which are credited as bonus funds.

Bonuses expire 7 days after being credited to your account unless used within that window. During any active bonus, a maximum bet of CA$4 per spin applies, and we prohibit feature buys, low-margin betting strategies, and switching to games with higher contribution rates.

We reserve the right to withhold or cancel a bonus if your balance exceeds €1 at the time of deposit, if a withdrawal is pending, or if another bonus is already active on your account.

Our Loyalty Program

We reward loyal players through our Complementary Points system and our Boo VIP structure. For every 10 units wagered in eligible currencies, you earn 1 point, and 100 points convert into 1 unit of your account currency. Points are capped at 100,000 per calendar month and will be voided if you do not log in for 90 days.

Alongside this, we operate a Gamification system featuring Coins, our Login Rewards Calendar, Coin Tournaments, and the Bonus Crab feature. Coins are non-monetary, non-withdrawable, and non-transferable, and can be earned through deposits and daily activity. Our Login Rewards Calendar runs in rolling 7-day cycles for up to 25 reward days per month, and requires a qualifying deposit within the previous 7 days to keep your progress active. Unclaimed rewards and progress reset at 00:00 GMT on the first day of each month.
